For the Ukrainian Community Center of Washington, it is an honor to attend the Ukrainian American Bar Association’s 2025 Annual Conference.
“Besides discussing important immigration topics, gaining new knowledge, and sharing experience, the Ukrainian American Bar Association’s 2025 Conference gives us the opportunity to stand up for the interests of Ukrainians in the United States. As a Department of Justice (DOJ) accredited agency that provides immigration services, it is important for us to speak openly about the challenges and difficulties Ukrainians face in the immigration process. This conference is the place where we can not only discuss issues that matter to hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians, but also look for real and effective solutions,” said the Director of the Ukrainian Community Center of Washington, Oleg Pynda.
Oleg Pynda thanked the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Philadelphia and Chair of the UABA Immigration Committee, Iryna Mazur, for her strong advocacy work and service to the Ukrainian community.
“Constant changes in U.S. immigration policy and increased restrictions for new immigrants keep Ukrainians in a state of uncertainty. The Ukrainian Community Center is grateful for your important contribution to supporting Ukrainians in the United States and for your professional explanations of the issues that worry our community,” noted Oleg Pynda.
UABA holds annual conferences for its members and guests to discuss current legal topics. Over the past years, UABA has organized more than 50 conferences in various locations across the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Central Europe, and Ukraine.
